Led by industry expert Manny Sarabia, Maatson Trucking School continues a legacy of excellence in driver training. Manny is widely recognized in Ventura, California, and surrounding areas for his deep experience and leadership in the field. Before establishing Maatson, he served for many years as the Director of Training at Dootson School of Trucking, a respected institution with roots dating back to the 1950s. Carrying forward that tradition, Manny took over the Ventura location and transformed it into what is now Maatson Trucking School.

With a career spanning more than 30 years, Manny has successfully guided over 5,000 students toward obtaining their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). His vision has always been simple yet powerful — to create a learning environment where students and trainers work together to build real-world driving skills and long-term career success.
